You went and you did which distance at the tracka again this spring?

There's so much to to unpack with that.
Like let's maybe start with the return after in or let's start with your kind of postpartum and how you recovered after that.
Cause it's quite a big thing to give birth physically.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I think one of the things that like when I think about pregnancy that I get really nervous about and maybe it's a silly thing, but is just like how much your body changes and how little control you have over that.
And I worry about like not recognizing myself and feeling like a stranger in my own body.
Yeah.
Were you given any like specific advice or things to do to help with your recovery?
Like and and even before that in preparation for birth, did you do anything specific for pelvic floor?
Wow.
There's so many things and it's I guess it's just one of those things that you have to
go through it and trust that it's all gonna be okay and you can of course like hear people's stories like I'm hearing now and but until you go through it you don't really know, right?
It's good to hear a positive story.
It's I mean, I'm sure there's there's lots of people who have a more difficult time, but it's I always think it's going to be this really horrific thing.
And so to hear that there are really, you know, positive experiences and that
