It's uh I'm really grateful that you are willing to share so openly about your experiences and similarly that she shares about hers on the internet.
And I'm I'm certain there's probably people who who judge and think, you know, oh, this is not the right way to do things.
But uh I think, you know, before we hit record, there's so few people doing these amazing things and you want to be able to continue to like be who you are.
And of course you're gonna evolve and change.
But yeah, I think it's really amazing.
Thinking about the race and maybe your goals and your expectations going in, did you ever feel like while you were out there riding, like, oh, like I'm not the same person I used to be, or I should be further ahead, or were you really able to embrace, you know, who you are now?
Yeah, definitely.
I mean when your when your time is limited and you can only do so much, it's I think better to do the things that that you really want to do or

On that note, I I meant to ask you when we were talking about breastfeeding, did you feel like your nutritional needs changed and like what you had to do to fuel for a ride and like to feel kind of the same level of energy?

Were you did you feel like it was worth it?

Did it give you confidence that I mean, obviously it's a very different type of race, but it did you did it give you confidence that you could start to take on more of those longer challenges if you wanted to again?
