Oh, it's an absolute pleasure.
Well, you know, the 90s were the one.
The noughties, not so much.
I think I love vintage sporty, you know, the proper, the trackies, the little sports tops.
But I think when we got into the noughties and I was trying to evolve a little bit, yeah, it was, fashion was questionable at that time.
So there was definitely some things I was a bit like, yeah, yeah, just stay in your trackie.
I mean, I've come back to the trackie.
Here we are in 2026 and I really embrace the original look.
Do you have any of your original pieces?
I do, you know, I wish I had more, but I did keep some and my mum has a great collection in her loft as well.
So I need to go and raid it when I get a minute.

After I'd worked with the Spice Girls like really intensely in the 90s and then through to the early noughties, when I started a solo career and I just felt like I needed to distance myself from that thing.
You know, like when you're young and you're trying to figure out who you are.
And yeah, I was like, who am I as an individual?
Because so much of my career was...
being part of the Spice Girls, part of this entity.
And that's kind of when I kind of went off track a little bit.
