But I was so happy to kind of come back and fully embrace everything sporty because it feels very natural.

I feel like I've come home.

And with this album, like musically, lyrically, I've really like lent into that world, whether it's sport and fitness and clubbing and just had loads of fun with it.

And I think it really comes across in the music is it's great for working out.

You know, it's great for getting ready for a girl, girly night out.

You know, it's really joyous and fun.

So, yeah, I'm very happy to be embracing sporty at this time in my life.

Yeah, it's funny.

We were given the nicknames by a magazine at the time.

It was Top of the Pops magazine.

And it was very much on our appearance and our personalities.

And we just loved it because it was just a throwaway thing in the mag, but it just stuck.

And we just really began to embrace that and become almost like caricatures of the things.

And the funny thing is, like, we've never really changed.

Even when we get together now, we've always got, you know, Mel's scurry.

If you've met Mel, you will know she's the best kind of scary and always will be.

And yeah, Geri, obviously not as ginger as she used to be, but back in the day she was super fiery and super fun and outspoken.

So it's, yeah, it is a beautiful thing and it did kind of set us apart from other artists at the time because it did give us, you know, such a strong imagery for each of the girls.
