Our kids are mirrors and it's one of those things like we've had so many people say, like with that clip, until you put words to it, it's like you kind of know these things, but you don't
really know how to communicate that.
And I think that's why it's so important for us as speech therapists, because what do we do?
We teach children how to communicate for what?
So they can advocate for themselves.
But if they don't have words for how they're feeling, then how can we teach them how to advocate for themselves?
