And so what they're doing is they're saying, hey, in order for you now to even bid on this contract or to receive this contract, you have to be

Time intensive, lots of policies and procedures, lots of documentation.

Uh it's very nuanced and it can be very expensive.

And so what they're saying now is if you don't have that, you may not be able to even bid on a contract.

So it's really putting everybody out of tension.

Yeah, so the consequences can be one, you can lose business, right?

uh which is a a pretty big consequence if you're very invested in that market.

The other thing is uh what they call the False Claims Act.

You haven't, if you are signing this contract, you are saying that you are, you have read it, you understand what the terms and conditions mean.

And if you have CUI in your organization that you are taking the proper actions to protect it.

And if you are not doing that, they have something called the False Claims Act.

And and we've seen some movement on this where whistleblowers can come in and report organizations who are not.
