happening?
Yeah and I guess there's the balance too I can only imagine as school leaders where there's all this change happening and you would be like right let's kind of get on top of it and be implementing it really well but it's not as easy as that right?
You're actually dealing with people who have their own lives and their own children and their own stresses and anxieties going on as well.
And if you don't manage them to deliver it well, then it doesn't matter if you're the first school that's implemented everything badly.
Is there anything else in terms of a message you would have for the community or for parents today?

So I've been like, oh, I really want to go and have this conversation, but I don't want to bother them.
I don't want to take up their time.
And I was so nervous and anxious about it.
And then I went and had the conversation.
And of course it was very well received.
And it has led to some...
you know, amazing communication between us all and things that can really help our understanding and our children as well.
So I think there was a lesson for me there that
Yes, you are all busy, but actually there is so much capacity there for still helping because that's ultimately what you're all doing it for.
Is that hard for you?
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
