Bex, I just want to finish with a discussion we've been having on School Shorts, which is kind of looking at homerooms versus specialist teachers.

This is more a kind of high school or intermediate and high school discussion.

And I spoke with a principal at Whangaparaoa where they are moving their year eights to homeroom instead of moving around the school, which a lot of other schools do, but they hadn't been doing that for some time.

And they're finding real interesting results around achievement.

through what seems to be a greater culture of belonging and connection with the teacher and I guess fewer transitions of having to move around the school as well.

Is there any role for AI in this balance of how do we make sure that students get access to specialist expert teaching, but how do we also really prioritise that connection with teachers?

Yeah, it is fascinating because it's, yeah, how do you take the benefit of those big schools and the resource that you can provide but make sure that you keep that small school benefit of...

that real intimate teacher relationship who knows you and your whole family.

And, yeah, how do you bring that together?
