I guess the pace of change that you've seen in your school, but not only in your school, but in education as a whole more widely.

Because I think when we're talking about communication with the community and with teachers and parents, then we can't not also talk about the changes that have been happening.

How does that change?

impact on what is happening in the school and the communication that you need to be delivering to make sure that everybody knows what's happening.

So that's just for people, if you're a parent and listening and not in the education system, PLD is like additional training, professional development basically that teachers are doing and school leaders are as well.

I mean, a lot of parents probably actually have heard that term now because it is a very highly significant and relevant term in education at the moment.

But this is really, I guess what you're saying is...

It's around managing anxiety, again, coming back to what we were talking about at the beginning.

It's just managing people's concerns in a way that is actually realistic to what is happening in your school.

Yeah, and I guess then this next question is,

I'm asking purely based on your school because I was gonna say, what would you like parents in the community to understand about the changes that are happening and how to communicate with the school about that?

And as you have said, each school is going to be on a different journey and they're going to be in a different place as to where they are with those changes.

So each school might have different advice, but do you have advice

generally about how parents can have respectful communication with a school about that.

What difference can it make for a parent to understand the classroom practice, you know, how teachers are teaching and what they're teaching and to understand kind of where their child sits?

How much of a difference can that make for their child?
