Tell me what we know about this incident so far.

We've heard the Acting Prime Minister Richard Miles describe this as a a very serious incident, but one with a a minor impact.
Do you think that's a a fair characterization of this incident?
We've learned that this actually happened back in June, and it's taken quite a bit of time for the information to get to the highest level of government.
What do you make of some of the delays in notifying from the
original misaligned behavior, as we're calling it, to people in charge knowing about it.
Anthony Albanese has made clear his displeasure with some of the delays here and says he's expressed them directly to OpenAI's head Sam Aldman.

The delays that we've seen in interacting between national governments and private corporations dealing in this very dynamic space.
