Prosecutors say Frost defrauded hundreds of investors by allegedly using their money to pay other clients, creating the illusion of profits.

Frost is also accused of pocketing more than $5 million, including over $500,000 for political contributions to the Republican Party, to which the family has close ties.

Attorney Theodore Hertzberg says Frost could face up to 20 years in prison for one count of wire fraud.

Hertzberg says the investigation is ongoing and didn't rule out future charges against others.

James accuses the shipping company of forcing some workers to clock in well after their shift started and deducting pay for lunch breaks they never took.

The suit also claims UPS repeatedly failed to properly compensate workers who assist drivers with deliveries and others who use their own cars on the job.

James says those wages add up to about $45 million over six years.

The lawsuit seeks back pay and penalties and a court order forcing UPS to end off-the-clock work.

In a statement, UPS said it offers industry-leading pay for more than 26,000 employees in New York.

The 43-day shutdown caused delays and cancellations in major airports as unpaid air traffic controllers missed work, ultimately leading the Federal Aviation Administration to order airlines to cancel up to 6% of their domestic flights at 40 airports.

Delta is the first U.S.

airline to disclose the exact financial impacts of the shutdown.

CEO Ed Bastian told investors that refunds grew significantly and booking slowed during that period.

Bastian also said comments from Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy over controller shortages and travel safety led more customers to hold off on booking tickets.

More than 10,000 flights were cut nationwide between November 7th and November 16th.
