I mean, it's such a holistic approach, looking at the girls and their development and puberty and how it impacts them in sport.

We made lots of changes in the club here to our changing rooms to make them feel more welcome.

And then on the back of the hole in her boots, I came back and was approached by two of the girls that were there.

And they were like, we need to do something more about this.

So my background is I didn't actually ever play soccer as a child, but I did as I got older.

My sport was athletics.

So I have been a PE teacher and I've also been working in gyms.

So my role in how we tried to progress the In Her Boots in this club was we decided to do a pilot program with this group of girls here.

And the pilot program, my role in it was to do the athletic development side.

So we've run a 12 week program with these girls.

It's been hugely successful.

working on injury prevention, really.

That was the actual role that I had in it.

And the other girls have talked to you more about it.

It's a holistic approach, what we've been doing.

We are just finished the 12 weeks.

The assessment, the end of assessment, is this Friday.

And we've already seen massive visual improvements.

I know the results are going to be super.

So that's, I mean, the Inner Boots programme has been phenomenal for our club and what we've taken away from it.
