Okay, so we want to let's go back.
We're desensitizing.
And when we start to do that, we start to activate the nerve endings there and create more sensitivity in that part.
We have to have some kind of sensitivity there to have an orgasm there.
We also need mind-body connection.
So when I touch this part of my body, I can feel it.
A lot of people, when we're stimulating the cervix, feel numbness.
I did the first time.
I got body work, which means someone actually internally showed me my internal anatomy.
One of my teachers, who's a somatic sexologist and body worker, and actually touched my cervix and pressed around it and said, I'm touching your cervix now.
I was like, wow, yeah, I can kind of feel that in my uterus, but it feels numb.
And so then I spent lots of months just kind of like slowly massaging until I had my first cervical orgasm.
But I, you know, you don't know when it's going to happen.
You're training your body and you're creating new neurological pathways to this part of your body, activating and opening it up.
You don't know that like, okay, on Monday night, I'm going to have a cervical orgasm.
It's just like, I'll try that and see if it happens.
