So aftercare looks like, hey, when we're coming down from a scene or a role or doing something together.

So a scene means...

We've planned out that we're going to do X, Y, Z, then it's going to start here.

The mid of it will look like this and then it will come down to here.

That's us planning out a scene.

Being a role is, for example, I'm a mistress and you're the rich so-and-so and I'm your mistress, blah, blah, blah.

We want to – there's always a come down period of being in scene and roles that we need to like connect and talk about.

Hey, let's like have a cuddle after that.

Let's have a little shower after that.

Let's reconnect again because sometimes when we're in role or creating these scenes, it can bring up a lot.

Like I know when I played – what did I play once?

I think it was like The Whore or The Prostitute or something and then seeing my partner –

was this on Shortland Street or this was in the bedroom and then being like oh my gosh that turned you on and this was years ago that turned you on and like but I'm not actually that person all the time that was just a scene so it's really like the psychological aftercare needs to happen as well as the physical aftercare as well so they don't expect that you're going to be there

That was just a scene that we played out and that was really fun and like I love you and let's like have some treats together and snuggle in bed and have a cup of tea or a glass of vino or whatever to come back to each other and debrief it.
