I love how you like align the two like that.
Because I love like, I mean, I do and I share so many different versions, but the way that you, like as soon as you said, like aligning and not letting the pace of your breath, like be, let your body be with it, like you could feel an immediate, like just alignment.
It changes everything.
I mean, it's changed my life.
It's just like the one practice.
