messed up by this in the long run and, you know, making sure that they always feel close to their father and try to just have everything kind of be surrounded by him and them, you know, when they're old enough to realize what really happened.
You know, I just want them to know they were always the center of anything I've ever done.

And that moment, of course it honors John, but it's, it's a memory for our kids to have.

he, that was his first season.
They were teammates in Calgary together for years and he came to Columbus.
I was really excited to, you know, reunite with John and his teammates.
Um, and he was the one out there with me.
And John's impact and all the tributes people have done for him, it blows me away that, you know, the respect he had in the hockey world.
