And then all of a sudden my sister Lily had my phone and she was like, your phone keeps ringing.

And I was watching all the guys on the ice and I like see Matthew Kachuk on a cell phone.

And then Lily's like, your phone keeps ringing.

And I'm like, oh boy.

Like, so he, um, called me and he's like, Hey, we want to get a picture with the kids.

And I was just like, oh my God, that's so cool.

Um,

I was very proud of John.

Very proud of the guys for making it a special moment for my kids and honoring John the way they did.

They just won the gold medal.

They don't need to be thinking about that right now.

Yeah.

So I was just so proud of John for that and proud of those guys for displaying such classy character, um, really good role models for my kids and, um, just such great friends.

You know, some of those guys were John's teammates from day one.

So it just was like, it felt so good and it was heavy, you know, I cry every day.

So I was crying there, but, um,

you know, I can kind of power through a hockey game.

And I was very proud to support those guys there.

Like, you know, being at those games are incredibly hard.
