Grief just has this way of taking over your body, your memory.

I have so much brain fog from grief, but I find...

things I've written down and I can go back and read, it just all comes back.

Or some of it's like, I don't remember that, but thank God I wrote that down.

That would be my big thing.

I'm kind of obsessed right now.

I'm trying to like just preserve all memories for my kids.

So I'm writing down everything.

And that would be my biggest piece is because going back and having that to read

is like what you want to do at the end of your day.

And it's heartwarming just, you know, at the end of the day when the kids are asleep and it's just time for yourself, you just think about that person and you could, if you have what you wrote down, you're not going to remember it as well as you will when you take the time to sit and just write out the details.
