uh, you know, on on the defensive of like um asking them a hard question because you don't know what to say because we're not okay with silence.
The reason we're not okay with silence is we're uncomfortable with ourselves.
We don't know what we want, we have no aim.
You see, it's it's unbelievably painful to think about your own existence and what you want.
So
much better to get into a distracting conversation.
And that's where the whole world is a stage all the time.
Becoming aware of it is where we have the opportunity to start changing things.
But first you have to accept that it's it's all just kind of like a lot of lies.
Like that's what social interaction is, is mostly deception.
Yeah, the mechanicalness is where you're identified with it and it becomes automatic.
And then you're but if you're conscious of it, then
then it's up to you if you want to do that, right?
Like it it doesn't have to be that it's bad.
Like you could choose, well, that's the way I'm going to welcome this person or make them feel disarmed.
I mean, that that might be your strategy, but the point was to become aware of it.
Right.
So that your consciousness is on top of it.
And then you're like, okay, I'm asking about the weather.
Because, you know, it's a it's it's an icebreaker and I don't really care about that, but I know that that'll be a good way to get the person to, you know, maybe feel more comfortable.
