The so the dip the deeper, richer grasses actually have more carotenoids than if um an animal was eating grain.
Grain doesn't have a lot.
It has other problems, especially if it's like if it's GMO, it's full of toxins and stuff, right?
Pesticides and all that.
But um if so technically like that's why like a lot, okay, a lot of like wild bison, buffalo, stuff like that will have a yellow fat rhyme to it.
because it has even more carotenoids.
Just like sometimes grass fed um butter can be like extremely yellow.
almost orange and it's so from that if you're like vo vitamin A watching it's a little higher in that.
So the but the fat profile is better on the grass fed.
You get more omega-3 versus the PUFAs and the six.
So it's kind of, you know, i it I don't think it's like the end all be all, but the funny thing is is that from that perspective, the grain fed is a little better if it's like organic or you know where the grains are coming from.
I don't even know.
That's funny you say that.
I don't even know if there are um cattle you can get fed refined grains.
Like that would be an interesting experiment because then you would have no lectins, no carotenoids at all.
So I wonder what the you know effect.
I mean maybe the closest thing is like the beer fed uh Kobe, you know, stuff in Japan, but I you know, anyway.
But that's like a sick animal anyway that never moves and is like living in a sling and yeah.
It's like m it's like half fat or more, yeah, marble.
