But but it's always what do you do, right?

What do you do for income or money?

And and that's a great example of identity.
Like we've identified with it so much so that like most people think they are that thing, and then they almost feel completely empty or lost without it.
Um, it's also why too, it's part of the reason why I I know you may I I'm sure you've heard of this, but um
The vast majority of people that retire die within three years.
It's like over seventy percent.

And it's it's it's it people say, Well, it's because they're not active.
Yeah, that might be part of it, but it's really they don't have an identity anymore.
Yeah.
Who I'm I just worked forty years at the, you know, the aluminum stamping plant.
And I was the the you know, I was the manager over this shift and I knew the and it's like all that's stripped away now.
And what do you do with your day?
And you just feel this empty sense because there was never any real sense of self in the first place.
