And the first thing would be to realize that our inner world
Is exactly like that.
And so a worldview is that we have our own lens or bias.
towards reality that first we have to realize, oh, you mean I'm using a lens?
You mean I have a perspective?
Instead of saying I just see the truth.
That's that's the big distinction is to realize you're already filtering and bending reality.
First accept that you are.
You have no chance if you don't see that you're already doing it.
Yeah, that's right.
It's like it's like, oh, your standard American diet.
Oh, you're a vegan now, you know, oh you're, you know, keto, carnivore.
You don't realize you're just taking one another paradigm all altogether.
Yeah.
