You get the experience of it, which you can't you can't read about, you can't watch, you have to experience.
And then when you see other people going through those experiences, you get this osmosis too, as you see them have the aha moments.
And you're like, oh my God, now now I see myself in a different way.
So that's really what the, you know, the work that we're doing is.
Is it it must be experience.
I don't, I don't think it can be just
um completely second hand wa you won't get the same impact.

I mean, then there's enough theory that I mean plus you can you can read about, you know, his teachings and study them.
on your own as much as you want, 'cause all that stuff is available and publicly so so you you can get a lot of it for free.
Um, but it's really the doing that matters, right?
It's the doing.
And that's um it's just like working out, like we could talk about working out all the time and lift you know, strength training and but does that actually make you any more fit or any stronger?
No.
But it can give you the placebo.
It's like not bad to do it.
Like the theory is important, but without the actual application, nothing was transformed.
