So I think the ratio of customer-facing time to non-customer-facing time is what you can look at. And if your SEs are spending more time behind the scenes than you'd like, and I don't think there's any threshold for that, that's when a support organization might make sense, because they can offload some of that non-customer-facing time.

Yes. So one thing I think you should consider is that it's a really interesting role to hire people into because you're not just hiring someone who can do the work, right? Because you're hiring adjacent to an SE or a pre-sales organization, You're looking for people who have a wider view when you're recruiting.

It's hard not to want to be an SE, unless you're more of an introvert, in which case the other place we saw a lot of value was feeder team for product marketing and product management. So again, these weren't just, we weren't just hiring coders out of school, though some of them were more technically inclined, some of them were brilliant coders, so I don't want to take that away from them.
