I've had my fair share of coaches and people around this league that I've been around, and Matt's one of the best guys and people, like, as a person.

I've been around since I've been in this league.

The players got to, like, you talk about do your job, right?

You talk about coach.

I mean, the team put up, what, how many points they scored?

A playoff game, I always told you, if my team puts up 21 points, we should win that game.

That's something that I'm challenging us, and that's players that we need to take.

We need to have accountability.

How do we let that game go?

Coaching can only do so much.

It's about timeouts, and X's and O's great, but sometimes it's about playing football at the same time.

Obviously, we really made an effort to establish an identity along the way.

Ultimately, it was a bit too late.

Always got a lot of confidence when we step out on that field with this group, with this team.

It just wasn't our turn this time around.
