TMZ reports he'll have to serve time in a Hollywood halfway house, participate in mental health

health treatment, and stay away from illegal drugs.

A judge sentenced Avenatti to more than 11 years in federal prison for various crimes, including trying to extort up to $25 million from Nike and stealing nearly $300,000 from Daniels.

If Avenatti successfully completes his community confinement, he could be freed in September 2028.
