I think Spurs have obviously done some great work at the start of the window.
I mean, they've shocked really the football world.
They've shocked the transfer market, certainly, with how vigorously they've spent and how they've upped the wages and really put themselves in the mix for some of the top players on the market.
So that's only a good thing.
I think that sent a message around to all the clubs that,
I think Bridgie is absolutely right that playing only once a week outside of the cup competitions is going to be really in Spurs' favour.
I think that they need to get the rest of the market right.
They need to sort out the forwards, probably get one or two top quality forwards in, I think, which they're trying to do.
And if they do that, then yes, Spurs could be a real force.
