He's over there with six boys living out in Richmond Way.
And we've signed it to a development deal.
It's an incredible story when you sit there and go through this guy as a kid who's never played.
They play with plastic bands all tied up as a ball and not wear boots.
There are some incredible stories.
And over time, that development gap will close that through our academies.
They just don't have the training.
There's no set target, right?
But we've signed three boys development contracts and we made it clear to them because they're playing over at London in the championship that we want them to be in our top 30, but we need to see them perform at the highest level to prove to us they're ready for NRL.
Obviously, we signed Alex Johnston.
There will be some other Papua New Guinea, hopefully, players that we sign who have got Papua New Guinea heritage.
What we do in the next 10 years, which is the allocation of the tax-free period, if we go on and win premierships, that would be fantastic for the country.
But the true mark of success of whether we have failed or succeeded in this is whether or not we get to that end of that 10-year period and the majority of the team are Papua New Guinea-born players, Papua New Guinea-born coaches and administrators.
Well, that's what we need to set out to do.
It might not be 70%.
It might not be 80%.
But we might get to 50%.
And at the moment, as I said, there aren't a lot of Papua New Guinean-born players in the NRL.
Even Melbourne haven't had people playing rugby league.
