Working out with people around schools and where they're going to send their kids and coming up with opportunities for them to show them the opportunities that are in the country.
You've got partners going over there and you're not just trying to sign players.
Honestly, the players is the easy part.
It's the wives, it's the kids, because if they don't have purpose, if they're not enjoying themselves, I don't care what we do in the football program, it's going to fall apart if they go home to wives and kids who are unhappy, who haven't got purpose, who haven't got meaning in what they're doing.
So whether that means education over there, jobs, charity work, they're the most important part of what we do.
Players will be fine.
They'll go to training every day.
They'll do their thing with their teammates, the coaching staff.
But it's the partners, mate.
