We're a real family club because we're going to live together.
We're going to train together.
We're going to play together.
Everyone's together all the time, which presents us challenges.
There's a certain person that you need in that environment.
If you get the wrong people, it'll unravel pretty quickly.
It'd be a nightmare.
It'd be a nightmare.
And that means homework.
And I don't mean this disrespectfully, but part of my job isn't just homework on the player.
It's homework on the partner.
on what their environment's going to be like, what they're going to be like in that environment where we're living together.
Because if you don't fit into that and you're going to be problematic, then you'll cause us to be unsuccessful.
That's right.
And money will only – I'm sorry, but if you're just coming for money and you're locking yourself up in a room and you have no intention of embracing the community and taking that responsibility of lifting that country on your shoulders –
then you're going to have a miserable time.
It means you're going to be a terrible footballer.
