And I saw it firsthand this week in Papua New Guinea when we were there.
Kira, Willie's wife, is going to be very, very important for us because she is as passionate about her role, which is an unofficial role, about the wives and the partners and making it harmonious for everyone.
She's going to be really important.
We were mucking around.
I was calling her the first lady, but she is.
She is really, really important for us.
So it was a package deal.
You get Willie, you get Kira, and that is part of what we built.
Yeah, well, we're putting those pieces together now, right?
Strong assistant coaches, strong head of performance, and that filters all the way down through.
Now, we're also mindful of the fact that the whole reason this team has been brought in is because...
It needs to take Papua New Guinea to a level that it doesn't exist at at the moment when it comes to sport.
We need to educate the administrators.
You need to educate the coaches.
You need to educate the players about what it takes to be a professional, what it takes to make it in the NRL.
So there's going to be a certain percentage of people in our organization who will be Papua New Guinean.
That's the whole point of this team is to help unite PNG and provide them with the right tool
