You know, in Italy, he was a bit of a ball winner, quite a functional player, but he was a real all-round midfielder in Ajax.
And I think Rijkaard kind of epitomized that, yeah, just you can do everything.

kind of seen as, well, you get the club or you get the country, even though they're obviously nothing to do with each other.
It feels like Rijkaard should have played for Barcelona, but of course he didn't.
