Do those situations actually heighten the pressure?
Why do you think that might be?
Because when you look at the next couple of fixtures that they're going to have coming up for them, you mentioned it there, Michael, about the fact that Thomas Suchek is well and truly behind them.
You need the players behind you, especially when you have this run of fixtures going up.
Tottenham Hotspur away, Sunderland, Chelsea, Burnley, Manchester United, Bournemouth, Liverpool.
Who knows what's going to happen for his future?
But does he need to change something now, Nuno Espirito Santo?
Does that one win, if they eventually get a win, is that what they need, though, just to get that bit of belief back?
Do you think that players are actually looking at that and thinking, it's going to be difficult?
Because every time you ask them, they go, we'll take it game by game and we see how we go.
But obviously, the situation that they're in, as you mentioned, no win in their last 10, it's really difficult for a player.
How do you get that belief to keep that fight going?
And of course, we're talking about the result because it is a pretty serious situation for West Ham at the moment.
Nuno Espirito Santo said in his interview there, there were positives to take, but is this team good enough to stay up, do you think, in the Premier League?
Are you backing them to stay up?
Well, it was a difficult situation for West Ham tonight, but they seriously need to get some wins under their belts for their fight for survival.
But it was a really good night, though, for Nottingham Forest.
Well, it turned out to be a very good night for Nottingham Forest until Sean Dyche would be very pleased with that result.
Let's hear from him now.
He's been chatting with Jonny Phillips.
