I was talking to a friend of mine, Kilkenny.
He said he just talked to Kilkenny physically.
And that can happen when you come up from the Joe McDonagh and next year play four matches in five weeks.
They're not equipped for it, really.
It takes a bit of getting used to.
As we see and we're finding out as well, trying to manage that.
But I think they'll see it as a real opportunity at home in Newbridge.
Even though they're relegated,
to, you know, and I always felt this about Offaly, but we were playing maybe teams that we were expected to beat.
And, you know, I often, in Antrim in 89, the beaters, they had a super team.
They put on a massive performance against them, but they didn't back it up against Tip in the final, because I don't think they believed that they could beat Tip, but they believed they could beat Offaly.
If you know the point I'm making, Downe bet us two or three years in the early 90s when we had a very strong team, and Downe had a very good team.
This is not being patronising about Downe or Anshul, but they'd go and play Cork or Kilkenny, they wouldn't have a hope of beating them.
But they could beat us on a given day.
And I do think Kildare will think, well, look, there's a young athlete team.
We've not interfered here.
We're in the same division as them a couple of years ago.
They were down in John McDonagh, down in the Christie ring, the same as we were.
And I think it'll be a leveler.
And I think they'll have some very good players, particularly up front, you know, Jack Sheridan, Maurice Carton.
