They're big into it, but I have great admiration for them, more than maybe any team, Offaly team, because of where they came from and how they stuck at it.
It would have been very easy for them to give up.
I think lads did give up.
Lads wouldn't come in and play for Offaly for different reasons, and I wouldn't blame them in ways.
Maybe some of the set-up wasn't great, but it has taken great perseverance and faith from the players.
That was the big thing with our strategic plan.
It was a player-centred approach.
The player was in the middle.
Everything else feeds in.
And I think if you lose sight of that, you can slip very, very quickly.
And we have to make sure that we keep resourcing our teams properly.
We have a limited population.
Obviously, we get the money somewhere, but we have small populations.
We have to make the most of everything we have and every player we have.
