So he sent me... I was going to read out the text message.
It was quite funny.
Well, I've been a bit low recently, so it was probably last year, I would say.
The back end of last year was very down, very, very low.
I'd go as far as to say the lowest I've ever felt, actually.
It was a mixture of things going on.
I had some kind of emotional family stuff that was weighing me down a little bit.
um business was quite tough last year you know I was um carrying shouldering a lot of responsibility we'd had a very tough year yeah you had breast cancer and also my memory was really difficult and that was very difficult I couldn't remember I couldn't remember but it was hard on you I think I know that the interesting thing about depression um would you say you were depressed
Well, I'm not sure because I like to make a distinction between depression and problems that need solving.
Because if you've got a complicated life with a lot of problems that need solving, that can make you feel depressed.
Because you've got a lot to do and you know you do and that can really weigh you down.
And that's what I was in, I think.
Whereas depression is... Sometimes a clinical thing.
I should be happy, and I'm not.
Why not?
I don't have any problems to solve, so why am I low?
I had problems that needed solving.
