But um it changed the shape of my face.
I didn't realise that so that your teeth support all your cheeks and your mouth and everything.
It changed the way I looked at it.
Yeah, well, you know.

Uh yeah.
Um so anyway, I've got slightly obsessed with my teeth.
I've got an implant in here, I had a crown done not long ago, and I could feel about a year ago my mouth deteriorating in some way, you know, like I could feel a significant change.
I'm 53 uh now.
What?
Yeah, no, I can't believe it, right?
Um so I'd been getting a cons uh a nudge from my conscience to go to the dentist since about October last year.
Anyway, fine.
Went and my teeth are not in good shape, it seems.
Although they had they had been for a long time, it's like falling apart.
So I'm gonna have a little couple of little fill-ins done, but I'm receding on the right hand side.
He said, You are grinding your teeth but heavily on the right hand side, not the left hand side, in your sleep.
