Appearances
Donald Burke, I mentioned before the game, has been a key man.
And he's a great player, but he just had a complete off day, which can happen as well.
But they just struggled for leadership.
They struggled.
Chris Crummey went off injured, but wasn't in the game before that.
Liam Rush struggled with the pace of the game.
He did get some possessions in the first half, then he went off injured.
And I said it in the comments, it's going to be very hard to come back after a few years out at that level.
And I think the weaknesses in the Dublin team were ruthlessly exposed.

And it was a different man at times, but that was clearly their policy.
And creating that overlap, and you saw it for the goal, I suppose that sums it up to best, where there was no Dublin defender, and just a little pop ball by Whelan, and simple goal for Darren Eary.

Just disappointed for a big crowd, 46,500.
Mostly Dublin...
A lot of school kids in there, you know, well promoted in comparison to the game we gave out about the free tickets.
