So we had a monthly plan, then we changed to a six-month and a year plan, and that actually brought the retention up nicely.
But yeah, I would say it's over a year, definitely.
So the usual online marketing, a lot of online marketing.
Lately, it's a lot of paid marketing as well.
Where are you spending it?
Yeah, Google Ads, a lot of Google Ads.
So we did a lot of SEO, like unpaid optimization in the past.
We got a really great ranking there for the keywords that are important for us.
But, you know, it gets more and more important to be up in the ads as well.
There's more and more ads in the Google results and so on.
So we're spending a lot on Google Ads.
It's probably not a lot.
The whole thing is probably 20 to 30K a month.
We could spend more if we could, but there's not that much search volume on the best keywords for us.
Who's your biggest competitor?
In that space, it's probably the incumbent, which is MindManager.
So it's sort of not a SaaS product, so it doesn't run on the web, but they started the mind mapping market in the 80s.
They're still the biggest.
