Well, considering the emotion in his voice at the end of his remarks, you can tell that Senator Cassidy really hopes he's right.
But I've got news for you, Senator.
He isn't you aren't.
Senator Cassidy says the the Blanche has made commitments.
Oh so many commitments.
But remember, this is the same senator who got commitments from Trump's health secretary, RFK Junior.
Cassidy was the deciding vote to confirm him.
And Kennedy has turned around and continues to break those commitments every day.
Senator Cassidy looks like he's making this the same gamble here.
And based on all the evidence we have, it looks like it will likely turn out the same way.
Cause you see, my friends, Republicans in Congress and Trump's lackeys in the administration are once again enabling Trump into thinking that he's the owner, the primary client that the DOJ and the federal government are supposed to look out for.
