But it's mostly by referral someone will say hey I you know work with Mike on

or work with Jim on this call them up see if they can help.
Also, you know i'm pretty direct in saying hey I can be of help or I can be you know I know what I bring to a table and also.
Just mostly referrals.
I'm not aggressively out, you know, trying
bunch of stuff.
If someone has a need and it fits with their time and schedule, et cetera, we'll do it.
Well,
First, do they have self-awareness of really what the condition of the business is?
What are some real factors in terms of static business numbers, the balance sheet, what's the depth, what are some of those key factors that are going to look at survivability?
If it's very clear that there's no chance for survival, I'm not going to be involved because they need to go and deal with other issues.
I think it
talks more about their approach to their franchisees.
If they see and are committed truly to the franchisees in what they're doing, and that's mostly identified in the top three or four leaders inside of that business.
