In a statement, the paramilitary group, the Rapid Support Forces, or RSF, said it looked forward to implementing the agreement.
Earlier in September, the United States, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates proposed a three-month humanitarian truce, followed by a permanent ceasefire.
Fighting between the RSF and the Sudanese armed forces has been going on for more than two years now.
The armed forces are yet to respond to the proposed truce.
Meanwhile, loud explosions were reported in the country's capital Khartoum.
The warring factions have created
a humanitarian crisis in Sudan with thousands of civilians killed and millions displaced.
