The Elikia Treatment Center is located in Ituri province, the epicenter of the Ebola outbreak in Congo.
The striking workers said the outstanding payments had led to a disruption in patient care at the facility and called on Congolese authorities to resolve the back pay dispute.
The strike at Elikia came just a day after Congo's Prime Minister Judith Suminwa toured another Ebola treatment center in the region, where workers called on her to address their payment concerns.

In a statement yesterday, the WHO Director General Tedros Ghebreyesus said that his agency was concerned of a, quote, intense transmission of
of Ebola in Congo's Ituri province.
Debreyesus added that armed conflict in the Central African nation poses a risk to both health responders and Ebola patients.
The WHO chief said that if the warring parties were to call for a temporary ceasefire, the truce would assist in helping deal with the outbreak.
A report last month by Congolese authorities
said the presence of armed groups in parts of the country is limiting humanitarian access to several areas that have either been hit by the Ebola outbreak or are at risk of being affected by the disease.
In a statement, the WHO's Director General, Tedros Ghebreyesus, said that insecurity in the Congo continues to hamper efforts by his team to respond to the outbreak, adding that mistrust among community members also poses a challenge.
