Yeah, it's going to be a while, I guess.
Yeah, I was trying to get on the roster.
The bottom line with all that is like,
I hadn't had my feet under me long enough.
So I hadn't been competitive consistently long enough to just jump right into the fire like that.
And I think that they ended up being like a mutual agreement between the team and I. And, you know, that being said that they had a great plan set up to where starters were going to go down the bullpen and cover some innings.
And who am I to argue that like I should be throwing on,
in the bullpen with guys like that at that point in the year, where it's like I'm fighting to get back from injury and what have you.
So, I mean, I just, long story short, ended up just getting to be a cheerleader.
At that point, I think that I knew that they kind of already –
seeing how they had they had written the story right with the starters and everything yeah yeah exactly yeah i'm not i'm not sure if there was really a chance for me at that point um but going into the playoffs like i was i was trying to throw lives and i was trying to make sure i was you know good to go if i needed to be and but yeah i just kept that rolling um pretty much as soon as i got home after that might have taken a little bit of rest but are you ready to roll
I forgot about that.
You're telling me about the moments, and I'm replaying this one, Yamamoto doing his crazy thing, Miggy Rowe, Willie...
But, like, yeah.
People forget that.
Dude, there was a bench clearing in game seven.
And, like, honestly, I don't think anybody was really thinking what was going on.
Just, like, everybody's so tense.
You know, it's game seven.
It's the World Series.
