So I, I tried his, uh, his back bend program.

I'm out, I can't, I don't know.
It's impressive, but it's not for me.
So I moved on and I was doing handstands.
Him and Mookie had done handstands a lot.
So I've gotten to a point where I can get up and I can hold it for a couple of seconds.
I haven't got to the progression of like the one arm handstand and all that.
So I'm going to keep kind of moving towards that.
I think, you know, probably good for my shoulder health and everything.
Yeah, so we'll work on handstands.
One hand, it seems like it might take a little bit longer than the rest of the time.
No, I don't want to do that either.
