Again, that kind of fell to others in terms of making sure that that kind of fits the tapestry and works well and all of the logistical aspects related to putting the tapestry in the case and that sort of stuff.

So in some ways, it's really about the kind of content and the story and what we're going to tell.

And what normally happens is at the beginning of an exhibition, you come up with several concept ideas, which we did as a team.

But again, there's some things you sort of know are going to happen.

I mean, we really know, I suppose, straight away.

that there is going to be a sort of logistical challenge that's beyond what our curatorial thinking is in terms of how people come to this exhibition.

I mean, some journalists have asked me, am I surprised that this has been such a popular exhibition?

In 2013, it was obvious to me that this was going to be the biggest exhibition ever, in my view.

If the Bay of Tapestry came to UK, I mean, it was logical to me that it would be a big success.

And of course, that means that you have lots of people coming to this exhibition.

That means there's an element of how people flow through this exhibition.

You've been to British Museum exhibitions, and it might be that you kind of go to this case and that case and go back to this one and look at that one, depending on kind of where the visitors are and you can get into it.

But this, obviously, this object demands you kind of walk along it in a single length.

And it also means that we have to set that object up.

So in terms of this exhibition, much of it has been about how do we tell a broad story about the tapestry, but actually set people up to viewing the object itself.

So I can talk through the components of the exhibition itself in a moment, but I think there was kind of three themes that we thought we could tell through this.

The first one is that this is obviously a moment.

The Bayeux Tapestry is an amazing object.

Like I said, it's no surprise to me that lots of people want to come and see it.

In some ways, we don't need to do anything to kind of sell that, if you like, in terms of the exhibition.
