And I was in Sevilla recently in Spain, in the south of Spain, and I was in the city centre and they have all these starlings that have this nighttime routine.
They do this murmuring every night.
Absolutely breathtaking.
I mean, it got to the point where I was just feeling so connected to their bird song and their their movements and they're diving into treetops and they're swirling around together.
And you forget when you live in a city or you're
online that there's all this beauty out there naturally, you know, not only within us, within our deep soul, but also out there in nature to awaken our deep soul and to bring our voice in addition to singing in the shower when no one can hear you and you think you're Maria Carey or whatever.
But yeah, absolutely right.
Absolutely, and beautifully said again.
And I think this is when people are feeling sad and down and depressed and helpless, they can go get a whole new vision and connection just even just by going out into nature and grounding themselves and sitting and looking at the birds and the sunsets and the sunrises.
And remember, actually, you can get a greater feeling because you're not dependent on an external, that this is part of who we are, you know?
It's so interesting you say that because when I went through a very difficult, I started to paint lots and one was of a sunset and it was more to represent, is that a sunrise or a sunset?
You know, that the life still moves on, you know, and I think people nowadays, they don't really recognise their power to connect just even just on a simple level to nature can have such a profound impact on who they are and how they feel about themselves.
Yeah.

It's been such an utter joy to chat with you.
I mean that.
It's just been, you absolutely have genius, talent, wisdom, insight, intuition, instinct.
