You know, stories from the past, which, of course, has so much wisdom, as I say, but they just resonate with your soul and your spirit, you know.

And then, you know, be so gracious to to hammer sing the song, which I just thought was amazing and touching, you know, especially with everything going on in the world.

Well, I mean, I think I heard you say as well, which, again, resonated with me that, you know, when you're feeling affected by what's happening out there in the world, you'll go and write poetry or songs and things.

And that's what I found myself doing over the years, kind of going to the paper with the pen or

or just reconnecting in some way.

And it's incredibly therapeutic.

And I guess as we talk more, the audience that I serve are what I call super sensitive secret strength.

They're exquisitely sensitive

highly attuned, you know, they have that connection that you kind of know it when you're that type of person.

You kind of resonate.

You might have grown up being feeling mocked or teased for not taking a joke or just being funny.

And actually you heard and saw things that other people didn't hear and see.

So that's why I thought my audience would just adore hearing from you because, you know, when you're talking about

you know the spirit and the soul it's not really talked enough in the way that you talk about it you know i've heard other people talk about it but um how you pull from from the old stories and the tribal things as well but before we get into i'd love if you if you felt comfortable to share your your beginnings your upbringing and kind of what when when you first felt that calling yourself

So yeah, so we're recording now.

So if, I mean, just to share, I imagine you as a little boy, perhaps like, you know, hearing and seeing and feeling things that perhaps other people didn't hear and see and feel it.

I wonder, is there truth in that?

Is that how you felt growing up or?

Yeah.
