It was felt very important to me for, you know, he journals in the morning and meditates and
He's very grounded.
He loves nature.
He notices the sunsets and the sunrises and things.
And I'm just like, thank goodness, because I know once now that he's connected to nature and himself through his journaling and meditation, he will be guided, you know, internally.
And I feel my job as a mom is to make sure that he keeps coming back to himself.
He's at an age and stage where my role has changed, obviously, but to allow him to be the full expression of himself as a man in this day and age without losing that beautiful intuition and that sensitivity that he has is to kind of guide him to come back to himself, which is, again, why what you do is really beautiful.
Because it really helps to empower men to tap into that vein of gold, you know, that thread that's there that sometimes might get shoved down or pushed away or decimated.
And I completely agree with you.
And I just think it's such a shame, isn't it, that there's this narrative to fear change, because we all seek change and fear change in equal measure.
And that kind of, but you know, the stories you tell and the way that you teach is very much just like,
like like the moon it's changing it's constantly changing and like nature it goes through the seasons you know you I have I have literally have like a botanical gardens in my kitchen like I have plants everywhere I love my plants that I you know they're I kind of I can tell how well everything's going in my life by my plants you know are they being taken care of are they are they growing flowers and all that kind of stuff it's kind of like I'm interested yeah yeah
But like I just I was telling this to my children the other day, I'd potted up some peace lilies.
So the easiest plant to grow and I can't kill them.
And then when they flop, they tell me they need water if I forget.
But I just potted one up.
And then like two months later, the roots were coming through the pot again.
So it needed potted up again.
And I could feel myself going.
But I've just potted you up.
