You know, when you go through the long walkway that we had to build to preserve Desmond Fitzgerald's old terminal building for... Which is being used for the EU presidency.
Oh, yes, the old fusty, fusty old terminal for the VIPs.
Instead of turning left, you build a pier that goes out to the right there.

And you just mirror what we have.
So a two-story building steps down, lots of aircraft parking stands right up against the terminal, and you could build that for about 60 million.
That would save you about 5.54 billion of government waste.
But we had proposed at the time, now looks genius in hindsight, we got the Blackham and Marr Architects International to design T2.
a T2 on the north apron, which is where the hangars are at the moment.
And you would drive in around the car parks and you'd have Terminal 1 on the left-hand side, Terminal 2 on the north apron, which is where the new runway is.
And it's now where the extension of Pier 1 is going to be.
That's where this airport should grow.
And that's where the airport can grow in a modular, low-cost fashion.
And low-cost air travel is what's going to drive growth at Dublin Airport for the next 20 years and economic growth on and off this island.
No, because the demand for travel to Faro and Malaga and Sardinia and the Canaries continues unabated.
People have more leisure time.
The greatest impetus for growth for Ryanair in recent years has been working from home.
We have literally hundreds of thousands of people who are allegedly working from home, but from an Airbnb in Barcelona or from an Airbnb in Prague.
And it's great.
They have the freedom to move around.
